I'm from the mind-set that employing as much intensity as your body can handle w/out injury is the quickest way to gains. This is very true. If i tried to do some of the exercises that the vets here do i would break mine off, lol. I do think that your penis will tell you if you are doing something above your level of readiness but at the same time you have to push beyond your previous in order to make gains. There is a fine line and like some have told me here, you have to find your sweet spot
