There’s many different ways to get rid of turkey neck but the best thing to do is to avoid it to begin with. If you watch me and I need the stretches I do in the phase videos you will see I always hold back the base and my ball sack while stretching with the other hand. This ensures that I will be stretching the shaft and not the scrotum. But if you do have turkey neck there are things you can do.
