Three things please - firstly I bought my hanger from Sizewarrior.com which is a basic plastic pipe with some small L brackets pop rivetted on. It seems ok at the low weights (I have not exceeded 5lb yet) but slips a bit so I put some self adehesive female velcro on the inside and then used the male velcro as part of my wrap. It does not move a millimetre now. Once I get to a higher wieght I may try the Bib hanger based on the positive feedback on this forum. Secondly even though I only used 5lb last week (6 x 15 min reps) I got my first batch of little red blood spots. Can anyone advise me what to do if I get these, I stopped hanging for two days and they cleared but could I have kept hanging instead?
