I dont kno if anyone has done this but I made a new effective strech that puts the emphasis on the suspensitory lig


What you do is get an erection, or soft, an with a reverse ok grip, grip the penis at the base as close to the lig as possible. Then without moving the grip at all pull from the down towards the floor. Without moving the grip up
 
while pulling i also pull to left and right and add twists. It actually feels like my dick is tearing off. and add two hands for maxed out stretch.

Looks powerful. I have not seen this exercise yet so hopefully we can get some feedback.

I'm not really getting this so far. I'm willing to try it as soon as i know how though!

If you can just make it clearer i'll pop it in my routine tomorrow. ;)
 
strech out your penis and wrap a overhand fist around it with the forefinger and thumb close to the base. Then still gripping pull your hand straight out and in different directions.You shouldnt feel the strech not in the actual penis like regular stretching but you should feel it at the base at the suspensitory ligament. It feels like your penis is going to rip off the pubic bone.

I'll deffo try it for the next few weeks and i'll be sure to hit back on how i feel about it and whether it works for me.

That's basically the way I start all my stretches and rotary cranks. Kegel some blood into your penis and move the point of grasp slightly closer to the head in increments and you'll get a damn good warm-up for some serious girth work too.
 
well 3 days later and my ligs still ache from this. Im going to keep at this to see if there is any gains. Im throwing in bundled blasters too.

whenever i do this, it just is a skin stretch. i don't know how you can manage to pull the ligs but not all the skin. i think i got it right once and it felt pretty decent

Yeah, that will help. The body position can be very effective in certain stretches.
