Anyways, im a pretty busy man and I got school and such, I was wondering what was the best routine? around 30 minutes a day would be great but doesnt that seem a bit minimal? Also..while I do my stretching, how do I prevent myself from getting hard, b/c then its hard to stretch and it seems pretty pointless..and I get these boners each time.
 
How does this sound?
+ 5 stretches. 4 different angels, and one outward. Manual and 30 second each. 25 Total.
+ Penis between the legs when erect and stretch for 2 minutes straight.
+ 200 wet jelqs
+ 50 Kegels

2 Days on, 1 Off. If not everyday, every week.

How does this sound? What should I add for maximum length gains since I dont need any girth whatsoever?
 
stick with it and see if you gain. Keep it basic. If it aint working switch up duration or add more intensity into your stretches.
 
Also, how are you supposed to do the manual stretches? It says you need to stretch until you feel something, but I dont understand how its supposed to feel because it doesnt stretch that much sometimes..So how would u grip it and stretch? Is there a way to do a continuous stretch without having your hands hurt, and without losing grip?

if you're not feeling the stretch then you're simply doing them wrong.

for a basic stretch, grip the rim of the glan(there or thereabouts) and stretch... easy?

if you're cut then you may well be able to utilize the shaft as a region to grip... although this is best suited when you step up to more intense forms of stretching.

my hands can hurt whilst i stretch, part and parcel of the exercise.

for grip try using baby powder, latex gloves, golf gloves, a towel, and the like... be cogent to irritation on the supple skin just below the glan.

if you're just starting out then i think it would be prudent to spend a couple of months adhering to millionman's ideologies and see what becomes of it for you.
you remarked that you're strapped for time, so this 1-2 minute stretching throughout the day could be ideal for your situation. millionman is looking at Penis Enlargement from a fresh standpoint and it does indeed indicate less is more, or should i say, less is sufficient.

Hey Serious, Your routine looks solid and it should give you good gains. You may also consider dedicating more time to your daily Penis Enlargement but breaking it up into manageable mini-routines. An example would be doing 10 minutes of stretching in the bathroom at work, than another 10 minutes in bed while watching TV. If you know how to dry jelq you could do similar breakdowns.

As far as having an erection during stretching you can masturbate right before you stretch. This, to some, is the best time to stretch due to the fatigue and other factors.
