Well after doing Penis Enlargement for about 2 months or so Ive had a busy past 5 days with everyday life, and have missed 3 days of Penis Enlargementing due to time constraints. How easy it is to let that slip, but the worst part is getting back into it. I was going to do some jelqing last night but didnt because I didnt want to go through the "messy hands and etc.." moments involved. Is that being lazy or just part of the whole process? I feel bad that I missed and will start back tonight. I need some words of encouragement if anyone has any. How do you get through the tough spots?

do dry jelqs instead of wet ones.improvise adapt and overcome.
 
i think everyone go through this....well atleast i know i did...and it seems if you let some days go by when you would normally exercise...it is tough as hell to get back in it....i took off a whole month...cuz i couldn't get my motivation back..then i got some motivational words from dld...but try not to think of the days you miss...just start right now...don't worry about you being "off schedule" worry about tonight...i promise you, you will feel way better once you get that 1st night back underneath your belt....just stick with it....good luck....and don't let tonight pass without doing something
 
Flair I feel you big time. I get so discouraged when I miss sessions and starting up again can sometimes feel useless. I know, for me, that I feel so accomplished when I get my routines in. With this accomplishment comes so many other benefits throughout my day. It is almost like a good session sets up the rest of my day to be positive not to mention our dick gets bigger.

If you are like me then missing a couple of sessions can become a total loss of interest (this is with virtually everything in my life) I need to have Penis Enlargement be a daily habit that I DO NOT MISS. I look at my Penis Enlargement like brushing my teeth, taking a shower (bath), etc. If I do not do it I feel bad until I do. I like to feel good so missing is really not an option.

As far as inspiration goes; I take a look at Mandingo or one of my other big dick idols and this kicks my ass to go train.

You've made some great gains so far, enough to tell you that this shit is for real. .25x.125 in a month - how far along do you think you will be in 6 months? It takes time and dedication, nothing else. If you have the dedication everything else will fall into line.

Give it some more time. After a month of Penis Enlargementing hardcore, I didn't think I would last very long. It was a long month. But a routine developed, and now I can't live without making Penis Enlargement a part of my day. I want my goal so bad I can taste it.

Don't force yourself to do it, it will only make you unhappy. Do it because you want to and you honestly believe the result is worth the cost. It sure as hell is for me.

Dont worry about missing sessions mate, if (and when) I miss sessions I just look at it as healing time. Loads of the guys here notice greater gains after taking time off. As long as you keep your view positive it wont matter, its only when you start worrying you are doing something detremental that it all goes tit up. PMA - Positive Mental Atitude, thats all it is.

Also I dont bother with using lube I just dry jelq after a good warm up, no mess no hassle.
 
You guys are right. Im gonna start to try and view this like I used to view my bodybuilding days (13years). At age 13 i weight 66 pounds. At age 26 I was 174 with 5.5% body fat at a height of 5'4". I truly looked like a monster for my height. Good feeling that was. I felt invincible. My arms were almost 19". My bench max was 285. Ill try and translate those feelings into my Penis Enlargement routine. Its working already just thinking about it. I recently bought a punching bag to get back into shape. I had to quit lifting due to a severe back injury after years of heavy lifting and just plain out pushing myself in the workouts. Not to the point of overtraining, but to the edge of it. My muscles didnt suffer in growth, but my joints suffered in stiffness and pain. . I learned early on my limits, I just didnt think of the long term effects of seriously intense training. Im trying to work my way back into the weights but this time Im gonna take it a bit on a lower level. Ill just incorporate my Penis Enlargementing and think of my penis as another part that needs to grow. I think Ill be alright now.

One question....with the dry jelqing., I can do it but just wonder if its OK to keep the same grip on the skin as in not letting the skin slide? And is it OK to use one hand for about 5 minutes then switch? I seem to get a better pump if I dont release my grip for the next rep. I release it just enough to slide back to the base and start a new stretch.

keeping the same grip is fine. Also, as far as your technique is concerned, your goal during a girth session is to get maximum expansion before the end of the session. If it works better for you this way then do that.
 
Yeah dont let the skin slide. Thats the beauty and thats why you dont need lube. Just be sure to kagel as hard as you can between each rep.

When you first make your ok grip I like to push the skin as far back as is comfortable as I push my ok grip into my pelvic bone. It stops the skin being stretched too much at the base when you jelq. Hope this helps mate
 
Ahh I see! So at the end of the rep, I am of course going for expansion in the forcing of the blood to the end,....but do I also STILL at the same time need to go for a stretch? as in the pulling of the penis? Or is the stretching a totally different thing? Is this where the Lig stretches come into play. Hope that made sence..
