I was at the Library when I wrote that earlier, I started laughing so hard I had to stop writing. What I wanted to finish saying is as long as you are eating food that is better for you it is good to eat. Eating right before bed will cause you to gain weight because our metabolism slows and all the food is stored as fat. Otherwise you want to stay full it is a matter of being educated on what food is right.

Yeah, you are sexy fat though. According to The Colbert Report last night a survey said people who go to church are 50% more likely to be overweight.

I wish I felt that way but I do not. I feel old, fat, lazy and unmotivated....This needs to change and I am going to do it this Spring!

It is all in part of your strategy with celibacy I'm sure. Although you could start feeling better today if you just start with baby steps today. Why put off tomorrow what you can do today? You are already very good looking, if you took a little better care of your health your depression would feel enormously better and we wouldn't have to worry about you as much.
