Hi. I´ve been doing PE actively every day since mid January now and I figure its time for me to post my routine and get some opinions on it to see if I´m doing what I should. Starting measurments are BPEL: 7" BPFL: 7.79" MEG: 5.3. Goal is BPEL:8.5" MEG: 6"
I still get red dots from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] so I only do one set and try to condition myself for more. I dont like normal jelqs because they pull on my skin and I already got turkey neck which I really want to fix (tips on that are very welcome).
So is there anything I should do different?
- Towel raises
- 10 min bundled stretches
- 20-30 min basic stretches
