No mate, rulers have a 2 mm space before 0 usually. 1 cm ?? never saw one like that man...

This is why i used the word "usually" mate, also i said i never saw one with 1 cm and i did NOT say they didn't exist. And i also think there must not be many of those around in Penis Enlargement world. Think of it, why buy/use a ruler that starts at 1 cm when you have to "shave" the excess of for bone pressed measurements ?
