I'm going to post here everyday with the workout ive done and post measurements once a month I'm taking it slow to begin with and am planning to ramp it up steadily as my penis becomes stronger.
My stats and goals:
Starting stats:
- BPEL 6 3/16 inches
- MSEG 4 1/2 inches
Goals:
- BPEL 7 inches
- MSEG 5 1/2 inches
Also I am VERY much a grower and not a shower so really want to increase my flaccid size.

Method:
Workout everyday alternating between length and girth (eg. Length Monday, Girth Tuesday, Length Wedensday ETC). ALSO I found a back spot just under the foreskin today (half the size of an m&m) so am hoping it goes away!
