I do know some measurements already though and they are as follows: 6.25" NBP EL and 5.0" EG
I have never measured bone-pressed (but I will now to keep accurate measures of gains), and my girth was measured mid-shaft. I will also take measurements of BPFSL and NBPFSL.

This is my first official week of Penis Enlargement. I did some light stretcing and jelquing a week prior to this, but only to get my
penis ready for the upcoming exercises. Prepatory exercises consisted of 100 jels per day (at light strength working my way up to medium strength with a few extremes at the end) all of last week and some light stretching the last 2 days. I was hoping this would prepare my penis internally as far as elasticity of tissues and the ligaments being pulled away from the base some for when I started actually stretching. I decided to abolish soft drinks and caffeinated beverages from my diet. The extra water will give tissues more elasticity which will hopefully aid in stretching and making length gains while stretching. This week I plan on starting the Atkin's diet as well.
AM:
I did 12 2-minute stretches after a 10 minute warmup with a heating pad.
(2 in each direction except for down which I did 4)
I did 6 DLD blasters in a direction that is below my LOT (LOT is about 8:45 as of last week)
I got a burning sensation in my ligs while I was stretching, and I also used a technique I adopted from YGuy wherein I used
my thumb to put pressure on the ligament that was taking the least stress.
After all of this, I did about a 9 - 10 minute cool down with the heating pad.
PM:
I still feel a slight burning in my ligs from earlier today which I take to be a good sign. During a hot shower which I
used as my warm-up, I did another 10 stretches (2 in each direction but only 60 seconds in duration) followed by 300 wet
jelqs in a downward direction starting at about medium pressure and working my way to hard pressure (about half of full
strength) with about 25 - 30 percent erection. Stayed in the hot shower a little while for my cool down after I was
finished. I will do some light stretches each time I go to the bathroom to keep the tissues stretched for tomorrow's
session.

I realized that there was some soreness at the base of my penis after stretching yesterday. Although it is noticeable without applying pressure to the base of my penis around the ligaments, I don't feel it nearly to the extent I do when I press down (it can be described as unpleasant, but by no means is it excruciating pain even when I am pressing firmly on it). Quite a few posts I have read say that this is a sign that gains are coming because you are getting a good stretch to the ligaments. Also, BIB said that he had this feeling just before he started gaining in a post of his I read.
AM:

It might also be worthy to note that when I do my stretches to the left and right they are at an angle below my LOT as well. Logically, this should maximize the strain put on the ligaments on each side of the suspensory ligament. I also press down on these ligaments as I am doing these stretches. So far I am getting a good deal of lig burn while stretching, and post-exercise I have soreness (as described above ... not worsened though).

Until further notice, the PM routine will have no variation whatsoever unless otherwise noted. For the time being, I feel
that the 300 jelqs fatigue my penis enough as it is, so until it adapts I will keep the number of jelqs to 300. Also I will
continue the pre-stretching routine before I start the jelqing and the jelqing will be done at 25 - 30 percent errect and in a downward direction as I am initially going for length and plan on adding girth exercises to my routine at a later time.
Any input thus far concerning what I might should do differently or what I am doing right is welcome.
