I'm just reiterating what I've heard cautioned about extremely long (duration) erections. My understanding is that is why Cialis commercials caution you to seek medical attention if your erection lasts more than a few hours.

As for 2 hour jelqing, there is a big difference between 2 hours and 4 hours. Plus, during jelqing, one is typically not at quite the same % erection for the entire sessions, compared to intercourse. So, I did not mean to question the safety of your proposed workout. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to do that routine. My personal preference would be to do a fair amount of jelqing, but mix the stretching in too. However, some guys credit jelqing for nearly all their gains.
