My current routine:

4 days a week:
mon tues thurs fri

10 min warmup

straight stretch: 1min hold. 10 times.

Jelq: 20 min with 40-70 % erection

Clamping: 10 min

Do you think i can gain with this routine?

Stretching is vital to length gains and the angles we use are pertinent to how quickly we make these gains. So i realize that straight stretching only isn't beneficial.
So i just do as i did before.
2 * left and right
2 * up
2* straight

But what about the hold? Does it matter if i hold for 1 min or 30 sec?

But besides Stretching, is it a good overall routine ?
 
If I remember correctly, DLD recommends 30 seconds. There are many more angles to stretch than just those as well. Use the link DLD posted above and you can see all the different recommended angles to stretch. As for jelqs, you can do them semi-errect, but as you become more conditioned, most people would recommend 100% erect jelqs, as they are more effective for girth gains. Man, do not begin clamping yet. It is something I am really interested in and every time I go to a clamping thread the words " Do not clamp if you don't have at least 6 months of experience" pop out. You can, though. Just read throughout the site and you'll learn a lot. I also recommend the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine (I've been recommending it since I read it- AWESOME read, you will not regret it). this is a good base for a program, but yes, listen to DLD. he won't steer you wrong. Once you're acquainted with some basic feelings of Penis Enlargement with jelqing and stretching, you can look to broaden your horizons. the more time you spend doing Penis Enlargement, the faster you will gain (of course!)

The routine is good for a newbie and only for let's say 3 months.
