I will use this as my log in book for every workout I do for evry body part.Unfortunately there has been several times that I slipped up and slipped out of my pe routines for whatever reason.Not anymore if i ever fall off again I will use this as my guide to return back to the stage i left off at.My expereinces with pe i have noticed that i almost always gain within the first 2 weeks,the trouble is cementing these gains.Its time for me to swell everything up--heres my plan
I have to warm up for both pe and regular workouts and stretch
15 min of cardio to get the blood pumpin
100 pushups everyday(a week from today i will flip it to 200)
4 Sets of 10 with the curl bar doing curls---every-other day
4 Sets of 10 with the curl bar doing shoulder presses---every other day
100 Full Count crunches everyday
500 tippy toes every other day
100 squats everyday
I gotta shock my body back into routine at least for a month before i take a day in between workouts.
My Penis Enlargement will consist of nothing but dry jelques,stretches,and kegals.
This will be a lil more intense for me because i never jelqued and stretched on the same days,I just got to remember not to rush and always look for results.I've always done it for the feeling I get afterwards.
Sex also always throws me off,i've also noticed that timing is everything

1 minute stretches every direction--including rotary stretch
