well, i dont exactly have a set routine. i average about an 60-90 minutes per day clamping and doing stretches or squeezes. this is not all that i do though. sometimes during the day i will get a full erecetion with kegels and clamp it like a normal session, but unlike a normal session, i will let myself go flacid so that my penis still has more blood than normal, then i will go out to a class or to dinner with it tucked away. i dont know if the part about flacid clamping has any real benefits but it seems logical that it should do something seeing as how the penis, though flacid, still has more blood in it then it normally does. if anyone can tell me if flacid clamping is just a waste of my time i would really appreciate it
