To be in a pump feels strange at first, kinda uncomfortable, but that goes away rather quickly. As long as you keep your pressure low and pump sets in a small time frame you will not get a donut effect, nor will the pump pressing agianst your pubic bone hurt. Philly- For me pumping had been a great experience. My cock is always fat a long flaccid. It is remarkable to me. It is the best thing I have done to increase my erect girth, and flaccid hang.
