I am gonna be posting on this thread and posting my progress.

That's the plan for now, most likely will change.

I have trained for about 5 months and my gains have been like this:

NBPEL: 6.5 inches, 0.5 inch gain
EG: 4.9 inches, 0.3 inch gain

The thing that really made me order the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] was b/c I toughened up my ligs and tunica and it seems as if I do manual stretches, my penis has lost it's elasticity. Got about an hour in and was trying to figure out how hard I could really go. I've noticed how much force could actually be applied and it seems like a whole fucking lot!

I got this toughened layer of tissue that developed on the top of the inside of my shaft, if that makes any sense, and was mainly doing stretching behind the cheeks stretching. Don't know what stretches would really attack the top part of tunica and top ligs but it seems like that specific stretch. DLD, you offered me a routine and I would be glad for some advice.

Maybe need a thicker wrap? If any brothers have advice please let me know.

What I'm thinking of doing myself is stretching, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], then stretch again just to make sure I get in more stretching. Even if its hard after expansion I'll manage.

Really? Thats what BSA told me he does too. And I thought I was overdoing it by doing girth everyday, looks like I can step it up a bit.

I would then do Girth one day and Length the next. This will give exclusive attention to that which you want to grow without getting in the way of your normal work.

Length then girth. But as I've stated before perhaps in a different thread. DLD took a whole lot of time dedicating to growing his penis so his beginner work outs were more than 20-30 minutes long. They were hours when he started simply because he wanted to see gains fast.

Probably a good plan, I just might be too lazy to wrap/unwrap and the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] attachment doesn't look very comfortable. Hey guys. So I used the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] for a week and a half and went straight into some of the most hardcore bundled stretches right off the bat! Especially behind the back. Things were goin good and I decided to take a break for the weekend and I took some cialis b/c I wanted somethin to help me last longer in bed with this girl I've been hangin out with. As soon as I got an erection, my girth was bigger! I measured and it was about 5.2 inches in girth. About a 0.3 inch in circumference gain. Good right.

Just thing is now, after the weekend, my cock is almost always filled with blood. I'm stopping the cialis so I'll check back in soon about it. But it seems like my penis lost it's malleability and became a little tough again.

Happens to me sometimes too when I am wrapping up to hang though I don't take any sort of drugs for erectile dysfunction. I say do what DLD suggested and rub one off before length work, problem is if you intended to do girth after length that sort of throws a monkey wrench into your routine.

All right. I appreciate the advice everybody. Have to take a break from PE and I was looking to ask for some advice and just anybody's thoughts on the issue I am going to talk about. I am gonna make this as short as possible so please bear with me.

While I took the cialis, I took it for four days Sat Sun Mon Tues, and while on it my cock was almost always engorged with blood, most of the time like at around 80%. Since Wed., ever since I have been off of it, my erection angle has been pointing down and has not been filling up all the way. I went to a doctor and he told me that it is very possible that b/c of the constant engorgement of blood, tissue may have died b/c new blood cells that carry new oxygen may have not made its way into the penis. This worried me, and seems to actually have happened b/c when I have an erection, whatever is possible for me at the moment, I feel on my internal penis there is a gap that isn't really filling up with blood. I know it's too early to make assumptions like this and I was super enthusiastic about training with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and make great gains, but does anybody know of a similar experience? If this did happen to anybody, does anybody know if they made a full recovery? not sure why you'd take Cialis on consecutive days when it's intended to remain active in your body for 3+ days, but that's water-under-the-bridge at this stage. Do you have a Kegel routine? I've found these very helpful in supporting my new gains and continued growth...keep in mind that almost .50" in girth gains equates to a significant amount of new 'volume' that your body needs to adapt to and fill with blood that it's not used to filling, (this is where The Kegels come-in)
 
Just had a phone appt with my urologist and after a half hour lecture on how the penis works, they just told me to wait it out. No scans or tests to see what is actually wrong. It is very aggravating because they are doing what they are simply doing the routine every other urologist does rather than look into my case. Urologist #1 told me that I may have developed peyronies disease for the bend that I am experiencing but Urologist#2 said that peyronies does not just suddenly happen. Urologist #2 said that instead of any possible tissue damage occuring, I may have just overflooded my penis with too much cialis and it just needs rest. If that is the case then I will be happy and just let time take its course.

@Big Schwanz Acht I do kegel's on and off but I do them especially when I am extending but I am not doing anything at this point after my talk with my urologist.

While on the effect of cialis for the days I was on it, most of the time I would be 60 to 80% engorged with blood. My penis was not elastic whatsoever. And when I would even be in the presence of the girl I liked, I was 80 to 90 and even 100% erect. My urologist told me if actual tissue damage would have occurred then I would be experiencing frequent pain which I am really not. What worries me is that "gap" that is causing my erection to not be 100% and angled downwards. I really think the doctors is off on this. Tissue death is something that happens but it usually is caused by prolonged erection lasting 1 day or more. At around the 3 day mark, of a constant erection, tissue will suffer but this is 3 days of having a 100% erect penis. I would simply flush your system and go for Viagra best time and these issue will be resolved. I do not like to second guess a doctor but he is simply wrong in this and causing you undue anxiety.

I am taking a bunch of nerdy classes such as organic chem, biochemistry and calculus and didn't know what I wanted to do. It looks like I might go into this field because not only will this help men who deal with impotence and erectile dysfunction, but it can help with a multitude of other diseases and trauma as well as any other type of tissue damage that cannot be restored by any normal means. I woke up with this realization and this is what is making me feel better emotionally.

I'm not better 100% b/c I feel as if I can't be with the girl b/c I am not a "man" right now. But seeing that I will most likely heal with time and that I will now focus my attention and possibly career on helping people restore function to parts of their body is what is keeping me going at the moment.

Damn, it's like this is a therapy group. I don't mean to sound like an ass. Just that I see this site also on improving health as well as enlargement. I really do appreciate the advice and checking in.
 
I have always found that if I have something to look forward to, then I'm always excited and energized. If you ever find yourself getting stuck, shift-gears to an activity or thought that gives you joy/happiness/anticipation...this way you're never looking back at what you missed or gave you pain. Remember, you're in charge of your own mind and any/all thoughts within...you can choose the negative or choose the positive.

Thanks brotha. Biggest challenge right now is to just let everything heal and maintain focus on school and family. In addition, I think I will have to break off this little relationship I have been developing with this female. She tells me she really cares about me and when we have gone out, she has insisted she pays for everything. I have treated her like shit and she still has only been good to me. I just can't think of myself having a relationship if my appendage is not properly work. Just don't feel like a man. My thought is that I am going to have to abstain from any type of relationship for a while. This, I know will really cause her stress and I may break her heart which really makes me feel bad. I'm young, dumb, and inexperienced so I am vulnerable with these emotions haha.

I've read about people who have had straight up fractures or injuries from sex and have had curvature problems but resolved their issues through many different forms of PE. Most effective method I've been reading, from their experiences, have been through hanging. I was wondering since I might develop this downward curve, from an injury that was not as serious from these other guys, should I hang over the shoulders like they did and hopefully the curve will fix and I will be able to have 110% erections again? This is making me feel even better now knowing this is a possibility. I will only start doing this about at least 2 months from here just to allow whatever tissue is damaged to recover.

Came here at first for enlargement. Now main priority is for penile health. Urologists are completely fuckin useless! It's like they don't even want to help. People who have experience with male enhancement help much more and seem to understand how the penis will react to certain stimuli. Ok, my rant is over.
 
Good news! Decided to measure my BPFSL and it is 8 inches! I made gains! So now I am feeling a lot better now. All this drama and me being a queen and shit. I'm gonna have a great fucking day even though I have to confront this girl. Basically, I am injured but the gains have still been made and I am only starting. Just have to take a break. Really happy right now. This was only after a week and a half of training. Bundled stretching with that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] is really powerful and will take my recovery seriously so that when I am back into it I can get to that magic 9. Oh man would that be sweet! hahahah YES!!!!

I see this as really like the main method of enlargement now. The tunica is really fucking stubborn and doing bundled stretching/hanging is what truly constitutes gains. I will be doing these workouts for a long time. Will my penis ever adapt to these exercises as I go into it for about a year lets say. I know I will be having to up the intensity every step of the way, but will I finally hit a roadblock is the question I am asking. Thanks brothas!

GREAT DUDE! BPFSL is potential gains just do inner expressive stretching to bring your BPEL to the BPFSL level
 
Yup, a future indicator of gains made as that distance between the two measurements. Closing this gap can be done by including erect stretches.
 
So I am back into in it and have been experimenting with hanging. I am gonna be having surgery on my arm soon so I want to get my dick used to bundled hanging. Starting out with 5 pounds just to be safe. I am concerned about killing my dick but everything has been comfortable so far besides some skin pinching. Still kind of scared b/c when I get to higher weight IDK what is gonna happen. But hopefully everything will be ok. My stats as of now are:

BPEL: 7.5 in.
NBPEL: 6.5 in.
BPFSL: 8.1 in.
MEG: 4.9 in.

Even though the ruler shows me this measurement for BPEL it still looks small to me especially the girth. I want to get at the very least 7.0 NBPEL and 5.5 girth. AT THE VERY LEAST! I'll be doing these bundled hanging for a while b/c I know I toughened my tunica and this a step above normal hanging which is already strenuous enough. The length I know is not really gonna matter in the long run, really it's gonna be about the girth. 5.5 girth is starting to be big right? I want to clamp as soon as I reach my length goals. 4.9 girth seems too skinny to me.

I've watched videos on this dude who posted videos on how to bundle hang and he recommended leech oil after each session to facilitate recovery. Any advice on this? Also advice on where to place hanger on shaft for bundled hanging? I am keeping it midshaft b/c I've read it is kind of dangerous to hang right behind head of the penis.

One more thing, is doing these bundled stretches and hanging with high intensity going to prohibit me from making girth gains in the future? IDK too much of the anatomy of the penis but on the top inside part of my shaft I feel a sheet of tough tissue that could possibly get tougher. If my tunica is gonna get tougher and not allow me to make girth gains I'll stop all this length training and go straight to girth altogether. I would rather get girth at this point but If I would be able to make girth gains after this then I'll be good. Please any advice. Thanks brothas.
