Thanks for updating your routine because it lets me know that you’re still working and you’re making good progress. When any brother does not post for a couple days I get worried and I send out a message hoping that the brother will come back and I can help them with whatever they’re going through. That’s why I love progress threads because Les may keep an eye on all parts of a brothers routine. So I will always be here as a cheerleader making sure you’re leading

perhaps you've hit a plateau? this happens (often?), I know I've struggled-past a few

I think I may have. It is hard to say for sure because I have not done my official measurement in a while. The last couple of times I measured just to see where I was at it had not done anything. What did you do to get past your plateau when you hit it?

Always very dedicated, excellent detailed progress. I can see that you take it seriously, and will get to the goals in time you set yourself.
 
My recipe for overcoming any/all plateaus? Do something other than what you have been doing. Sounds simplistic and silly, but each time I hit what I think is a lull, I switch it up.
