When I look at your work I can see that not only do you take it seriously but you understand that this is a process and it requires consistency and motivation. Sounds like interesting stuff to do! :) But those without a pair of other hands, try setting up a tripod setup somehow and start taking video; you can get to the point where the camera is angled and concentrate on the measuring while it's taking video.

That’s what these progress threads are all about when the future comes. When people make good progress threads explaining everything they did daily in the end gives a great map to other people who want to gain in the same way. Many progress log this year have gone on to become routines for hundreds of men. So keeping a thorough routine log including measurements exercises, pictures, tools and daily updates will be like gold in the future for not only you but for those who are watching you.

Thanks D. I will have to look at the SRT program again. I have been wanting to start hanging and stretching again but my time for my routine seems to get shorter. I am hoping that things will smooth out soon so that I can put these exercises back to work for me.

Thank you for the kind words WG. It has been a few months since I measured officially and I am due to do another one. I know I take measurements during the month to make sure that I am staying on track but I use those as a guide as they fluctuate.

Congratulations on starting a new business you must be very excited. And it’s a great time to start a business especially if you need business loans. I pray everything goes smoothly and very successfully.

You’re in a very busy period right now so get in what you can when you can and don’t be hard on yourself if you miss a day here or there. What’s important is you maintain your gains and you keep your head in the game.
