Morning
Warm up during morning shower with BM session 1 set @ 7 minutes
Phallosan for 4 hours
Evening
Warm up for 5 minutes with hot water soak
BM session 2 sets @ 6 minutes each
CR for 1 hour
I did pretty well last week and was set to keep up the pace this week when I took a fall on the 28th that slowed me down a bit. I still tried to get in what I could but I found that I am not as young as I once was and concrete is harder than I remember.
