Warm up during hot shower with 5 minutes manual stretching

Evening:
I did my length session on 11/13/17 and would normally not do it 2 days in a row but I was curious about the hanging session with PF. I decided to give it another try and see how it went. I started with the 5# weight just as the evening before and it seemed that more weight was needed so I put the additional 2# weight on for a total of 7 pounds. The setup held the weight with no problem and I experienced no slippage. That session was 20 minutes, the 1st time I have made 20 minutes during a hanging session.
