Got in 5 minutes of manual stretching during the morning shower and one or two more manual stretches throughout the day but that was about all. Took the opportunity to knock some items off of the honey do list.

I did try something different last night and it seemed to work pretty well. I put a cock ring at the base and right before the glans and the expansion was awesome. I will try it again tonight and see how it goes

Thanks Beard. The jelqs seem to work pretty good. My eq has been shit for a couple of days so I have been substituting them for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. I am pretty sure the eq has to do with just being tired, been getting in bed really late during the last week or two.

If you are getting to 15 minutes then you're doing ok. You could definitely lower the weight if you want to reach 20 minutes but struggling to do so. To be honest , the idea of riding fatigue is a concept for multiple sets. Most guys who hang at lower weight will generally perform 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X 20[/words] minute sets. To do this they start their first set at a heavier weight to reach fatigue and then lower the weight on consecutive sets in order to complete them. I did this when I was at the lower end of the weight spectrum, but now I'm hanging 30+ lbs , I now only perform one set.
