Warm up in shower with 5 minutes manual stretching

Evening:
Hot water warm up for 5 minutes
125 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] 5x5x3 with kegels during 1st set and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches during 2nd & 3rd set
CR for 1 hour
