It works better than normal wraps because you can wrap it just tight enough to get the flaccid improvement, but just light enough where it's not a circulation problem. I would give it a try.

Not at all. I sometimes hang long and other no so long. Flaccid size has little to do with erect size and the things that effect flaccid size are many. Everything from stress to cold weather could cause shrinkage. I have seen videos of Mandingo where his flaccid size is very small in comparison to his erect...we all have bad days I guess. In the summer months everyone will be hanging a bit longer
