I've posted in a few threads about my recent experiences with manual stretching, [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], and clamping, primarily double clamping, and I seem to be growing at a very rapid rate. I was sitting down in the den watching a softcore flick and I looked down and honestly for the first time in my entire life I was surprised at the size of my dick. I'm getting closer to the 8" club, and I'm really amazed at how big I've gotten through Penis Enlargement. I actually had considered dropping my length goal all together, but things are going really well now that I'm back to manual stretches and ADSing for a few hours immediately afterwards and then for a few more hours later in the day. I'm really astounded by my recent progress, and I just thought I would share it with you fellas.

My routine has been manual stretches, or what some would call Phase I stretching, with the Vac-Extender being used as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for a few hours afterward and then taken off for a bit and applied a bit later on. I also have been clamping in the evenings as well, with 200 jelqs prior to the clamping. I'm using a 5 on 2 off schedule, so I can enjoy my weekends and kind of test the IPR theory a bit. I've noticed after my 2 days off my erections are looking longer each time, and my girth is going up slightly after each week.

I'm actually really and truly most impressed with my flaccid gains and my flaccid stretched length gains as well. It's quite remarkable the progress that I've been making, because for about the last 2 years I've been sitting around the 7.5" EL mark and I've finally started gaining again, and I'm stoked. I'm looking forward to a 9" FSL and possibly a 9" EL on day. It should be interesting to see how I continue to grow and what other kind of goals I can set.
