I started P.E last year and made a few gains but stopped because of some family problems but i'm back now to stay because this is the best P.E community out there and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] brotherhood is the best support group one can find in the world so this time around I know I will reach my goals. My routine is basically DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but with a few added exercises. Most importantly what I have learned from my time away from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] community is that in order to reach your GOALS in life you have to be dedicated but most importantly patient so I am very eager to start my P.E journey knowing that patience and dedication will yield me a BIG Penis EnlargementNIS.

MY ROUTINE

EVERYDAY: MON-SUN

WARM UP: 5 MIN RICE SOCK

BASIC STRETCHES: 4 SETS OF EACH STRETCH BELOW

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks


BASIC JELQING
800 2 Second DRY Jelqs
5, 15 sec ULI's

PC MUSCLE FITNESS

I am not doing any normal kegels because I am doing dry jelqs and after
each stroke I have to contract my PC muscles so I find that there is no reason to do normal kegels.

Kegels 10 REPS
1. Kegel and hold until pc muscles start trembling.
2. Once start trembling try to hold for another 30 seconds.

DLD PULSE 110’S 4 SETS
Straight down: 50 reps
Straight out: 50 reps
Straight up: 50 reps

WARM DOWN: 5 MIN RICE SOCK
 
Good luck! Consistency and dedication in Penis Enlargement can be very difficult but persistence and diligence always pays off. Seems like you have a solid routine down though. I've Penis Enlargement'd for quite a while and can say it has definitely payed off over the years, even though I have quit quite a few times for school and family - even so, I have gained over an inch in BPenis EnlargementL.

You perform the 'jelq' technique without using a lubricant - grabbing skin and performing the movement.
 
It's used as a technique to enhance girth. It's not painful at all. Just don't rub your skin, use it to slide up and down the shaft. I gained quite a bit of girth when I first started Penis Enlargement'ing from this type of jelq.

I really don't see how I can do it without drying out my skin or hurting myself. I don't even let girls play with my dick without some type of moisture. Do you think it works better than the wet jelq? If so why? I've tried the dry jelq before but it was pointless I didn't like the feeling I'm just asking because I'm curios.

Both jelq techniques have their place; I prefer wet jelqs as I'm more concerned with length rather than girth. It does not hurt at all and is very intense as-far-as internal pressure goes. I find that you can control your stroke down the shaft much better than with lubricant. If you're worried about your skin drying out, don't. Apply some moisturizer when you're finished.

Dry Jelqing is somewhat uncomfortable when you first start, but you get used to the feeling and the finding the right amount of pressure. Good luck on your journey, man! I hope you get your gains soon!

These types of myths (like soft is for length and hard is for girth) are so far as i can see based on babble.

Dry jelqing tends to allow greater pressure which in combination with a high erection level like i do tends to allow for a greater volume increase manifesting as a better girth gain, wet jelqing tends to mean a lower intensity.

I agree with rakas.Dry jelqing at 100% erection is way more intense than wet jelqing and at 100% erection when you Kegel after every stroke it forces more blood into the penis engorging it even further and then when I start the stroke again from the base I get even more expansion.
