So I'll do 5 minutes of bundled stretches and the move to the internal stretch, but I do have some follow up questions.

bathmate[/words] and jelq session, but would it be more beneficial to do it after, due to the temporary size gains and expansion? Is it too much to divide my stretching into a little before and a little after? Im going to experiment with both, but if anyone has any input please chime in!
I regrettably didn't measure myself before I started PE almost two months ago but I can see gains as I am noticeably thicker and more vascular, my girlfriends made many comments about me being harder and thicker. Im going to get a good measurement today and then do a month of these stretches and see where we're at.
