List your must have supplements for your health and wellbeing plus if your into lifting weights into cardio or what you use for pe than list it.

Mine are as follows with the ones being * as my regular must haves and those marked # for my routine work on the weights. Stuff marked ^ I dont have a routine for its usage.

Milk Thistle * [Superb detoxifier and liver protector & healer]
Dessicated Liver [Bovine] * [Brilliant substance thats better than raw liver and does amazeing things to your body incl enhanceing endurance which has been shown in one study plus bovine liver has a substance in it which can detoxify most things]
Kelp ^ [Very high in Iodine which is good for the metabolism and we need Iodine in our diet as the body wont make its own. Kelp has more natural trace elements and minerals than anything else plus is good for fat loss and is anti estrogenic]
Creatine Ethyl Ester # [Like normal creatine but with the added ethyl ester attached to it for better absorbtion]
L-Glutamine # [Critical for immune system function and is the 2nd most abundent amino acid after taurine found in human muscle, if taken often will reduce colds]
Egg powder [Protein] # [Egg is one of the best proteins we can consume as its natrual building blocks of life]
Fine Scottish oat powder [Carbs] # [High potency carbs made from oats for lots of energy]
Cod Liver oil * [Many benefits such as better joints, bones, eyes and its been shown to be anti-estrogenic]
L-Leucine # [Major important amino acid for weight lifters and bb'ers before, dureing and just after a workout. Helps repair, heal and grow new muscle tissue]
GABA * [Brain food which enhances memory, mood and can help with various medications that act on the GABA system. Taken at night in a dosage of somewhere around 3-5g I think it was? shown in a study to increase human growth hormone levels]
Melatonin ^ [Helps to get into a natural sleep pattern]
Charcoal ^ [Used in emergencies incase someone takes too many meds or eats something they shouldnt as charcoal absorbs the stuff in the stomach and can save someones life while the ambulance arrives]

I will add that if you've had allot to drink than to take milk thistle or/and dessicated liver, you will soon sober up as they both detoxify the alcohol very fast.

Magnesium is all too often overlooked. It's important in maintaining normal blood pressure, proper heart rhytHydromax and it's a muscle relaxant. It's involved in more than 300 metabolic processes and 50- 70% of people in developed countries are deficient in this essential mineral. Any supplement form except magnesium oxide (it's barely absorbed) is a good addition to your nutrition program.

I useta suffer from reeeeal bad migraines and muscle "seizures"- not cramps, but where the muscle would receive an almost uninterrupted signal to contract- all up and down my spine, until I started in with extra magnesium. Along w/calcium and Vit.D.
I also supplement with:
Krill oil
LOTS of C !!
B-complex, extra B-12 and Niacin
E- mixed tocopherols
CoQ10...from what I've read this is almost a wonder drug
Flaxseed
AAKG
and a good joint formula from NSI.

(Hey, I'm damn near half a century old with a LOTTA hard mileage ...gotta do something to keep the old shit workin'!)

I also find that I work much better with a lower carb type diet, so I like a good protein powder, RED's oatmeal is a good 'un too, and here's a surprising addition:
Coconut oil has helped my blood pressure and trigycerides come waaaay down. Plain old Knox gelatin has helped augment the joint complex and slowed my degenerative joint disease almost to a standstill.

Just started bodybuilding after quite a while. Started taking (Daily) :
1 Mega Vitamin tablet
1 Mega Vitamin C tablet
2 Gingko Biloba tablets
1 Guarana tablet
1 Ginseng tablet
1 Cod liver oil capsule
1 Omega 3-6-9 capsule
2 X Myprotein MRS (tastes like shit - I find EAS MRS is BEST but gotta get thro the 5 boxes I have!)
2X 5g Creatine w/MRS
2X 5g L-Glutamine w/MRS

I swear that taking the vitamin tablets defitely improves your immune system. I was taking them over winter and was not sick once!

Taking the above combination (especially the Glutamine) also helps in the muscle repair and works wonders. When I was taking them last year, I found that my muscles recuperated quite quickly by the time the next workout came...

Hyaluronic acid with MSM does wonders for the joints. I've had much less knee and shoulder pain since I've been taking it.

There's a doctor, a cardiac surgeon and professor of surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, who advocates supplements. He has an article listing the 10 most important ones. You can check it out at donaldmiller.com.

I agree with the previous supplements listed but in my opinion here are the top 5 most important and all others are just extra. I am talking about bodybuilding supps and not penis supps.

1. good multivitamin
2. protein powder
3. creatine
4. glutamine
5. A nitro supp, Arganine type

and finally drink lots of water all day, muscles are mostly water.

Thats right bro, good hydration will yield bigger looking muscles and is another reason why some steroids work so well, as they draw more water into the muscle and with that aswell comes the good nutrients needed for extra growth.

Yeah water is so crucial. Also if you are taking creatine, you have to drink a ton of water because creatine pulls tons of water into your muscles. That is why you get that pumped feeling in your muscles when taking creatine. In about 6 to 10 years I am sure I'll be adding steroids/ growth hormone to the top of my supplement list. I am 29 now and can tell testosterone in me is starting to drop.

eat steak tips and beff cuts eat like 10 12 ounces with some broccoli Id say if you buy raw broccoli you can seam it. but if you buy cooked broccoli its good to. eating meat will give your muscles a harder look, Like kimbo slice (exaple body) the protien from protien powder if very weak, you body will use 5 grams of it to digest 20grams of it.

if you workout in the morning eat your steak for dinner. if you wourkout at night eat steak after your morning shake. drinking a shake in the morning seems to be more valuable to those who want to keep adding muscle weight.

dont forget carbs carbs from bread and pasta make your body swell up. manocotti pasta is gold. also eat some sweet potatos and banas

based on your body weigh drink 1 to 2 litters of water, but every one id different if your thirsty drink water listen to your body.

train your muscles once a week. gives them time to recover.

Dude, what are you, like, 100? Your advice is about to fossilize.
Or are you just a shameless shill for the american beef council?

I take:

Maintaining Supplements

Fish oil
Vita-paks / multivitamin
Whey protein - If you get a good protein they're most likely loaded with amino acids/vitamins/minerals
Melatonin (only when I cant sleep)
Creatine (creapure)
L-arginine AKG
Citrulline Mallate (just added, thanks kingsnake rofl)

LOTS of WATER

The above is just what I'm taking with my lifting/sports etc...

If I'm cutting (trying to lose weight) I'll switch from this one to a completely different one. + more water rofl

Also just putting this out there. Most people think that if they have a sh*t diet and take vitamins it will be ok. Not TRUE. Vitamins are a must have but they cant make up for a bad diet. Take vitamins and eat your veges/protein and good fats.

P.S. - Resler why you taking L-Glutamine? If your taking protein most generally it already has a good amount of L-glutamine in it.... However, this might not be true for all protein brands...

I HIGHLY recommend the probiotics Theralac and Truflora for digestive health. Especially if you've taken oral antibiotics because they kill even the beneficial bacteria in the intestines which, left unchecked can cause candida yeast overgrowth. They have high ratings from independent labs and developed an acid proof delivery system that passes through the stomach and disolves when it comes in contact with the alkaline chemicals in your intestines. Most probiotics are crap and over 99% of the flora are destroyed by stomach acid. These two are high potency so a bottle of 30 caps lasts 10 weeks on a startup protocol and longer on a maintenance dose. You can check them out at master-supplements.com.

Just so you know I am not affiliated with them at all but I use their products and get great results from them.

Is Redhot still around? I used to rock this when I was training but they took it off the market, wondering if it came back.

well getting good results quick you will need to get steroids or HGH, but i recommend going to a gym for at least a year and use regular food and whey....

As far as I know, there are no registered physicians onboard [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. So, as far as "medicines" go...go see a doctor.
Supplements?
Those depend on LOTS of variables; your present condition, your desired condition, dietary habits, exercise, age, health, family history and on, and on.

Best thing for you to do is research, read and absorb as much as you can from as wide a variety of opinions as you can.

I want to have a muscular body and i am working out too.But it seems to be very hard without using supplements. Can any one suggest me about right energy medicines and supplements ???

I love Omega-3 fish oil. I take 2-3 grams a day usually (2-3, 1000mg caps), a good multi as mentioned above, coffee is good for you as well. Don't load it down with sugar and creamer though. That's where most people mess up. I use a couple teaspoons of splenda. Ideally, a few quarts of water a day...spread out in small portions. Just a few things off the top of my own head.

Everything listed. I drink some soda every now and then, but most of my daily intake of liquids if water. I need a hell of alot of water too, because you'll really get dehydrated if you're on creatine and not taking enough water.

Water is essential for keeping the body alkalized. Yucky things like parasites and candida thrive in an acidic environment.

Whey Isolate - Most adequate non-meal source of protein, it should be a mix of different isolate types, high intakes of a proper isolate will eliminate need for other amino acid supplementations, take made in Germany products, because the legislation about anything involving nutrition is most strict here
Animal source omege3 fat acids - There are conversion issues with plant source versions
Magnesium citrate - Best usable magnesium
Zinc - Keep your hormone system ordered
Natrium - before sports against cramps
Vitamine B6 and B12 - too much profits to list, I gonna try depot use of both next year I think

Viagra, Marijuana and adult entertainment:)

Water, healthy diet, sleep, exercise.

In all seriousness, those are the 4 that matter the most:)

I agree, proper diet, sleep, water and form are the most essential. Thankfully, I was gifted with an amazing metabolism, which still gives my parents who are over 50 now, their non-overweight-ness. So, suffice to say I slip up often on diet, but I've never over eaten. I get plenty of exercise even if I don't 'work out in a gym'. But. I'm also 19, so I realized I have life on my side right now. Thank the lord, I just want to keep it up. I have to say though. My miracle supplement is probably Cayenne. I've done lots of research and prior to that research, I've found it's helped my body fat stay at it's lowest, but also kept my muscles fairly substantial even when I haven't worked out for a period of time. I also read that Capsaicin(which is what's in cayenne, or peppers in general) is a great benefit to cell renewel/turn over. Now this is all rumor mill, but I've also heard cayenne extract has been taken by people having a heart attack and it stopped shortly after.(Don't take my word for it though) And of course, amino acids, BCAA's protein. Love milk. Great for drinking before bed for that casein.

Oh, I love me some cayenne peppers, as a matter of fact I love anything that is spicy. I have never noticed the long term effects but I do know I feel euphoric when I am eating them. My metabolism follows a very definitive course, my weight follows the cues of this. Each year I will go through 1 - 2 cycles of mania and depression. During the depression I end up gaining untold amounts of weight, sometimes more than 100 pounds. When the mania sets in the weight is eliminated within a few months. The biggest weight loss happened in 2004 with a 140 pounds lost in 4 months. This past year, using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine, I dropped 75 pounds. What I have noticed between the two starkly different states is purely metabolism. During depression it slows to the point that even eating 1 tiny meal a day still brings weight! When the mania kicks in everything changes and I am back on track,,,,,that is until the depression hits again:) See the cycle is vicious. What I can say about this is that I have learned quite a bit about metabolic and glycemic sciences. I have also studied these same issues within the mental health field and how they apply to various mental disorders. There is so much shared within these 2 very different areas when it comes to metabolic rate and how we process carbohydrates. If I were able to find what causes these abrupt changes in metabolic rate due to mental issues I may have found the mecca of weight loss.

I would love to hear other peoples thought on this part of diet and mind and how it affects and effects us on a mental and physical levels. Do you lose weight seasonally? Does this seem to be connected to any kind of mental changes? How does it effect you?

Creatine
Protein
Vitamin D
Caffein
Omega 3

Also, all fatburning products are just bogus. It's calories in vs calories out. Just add/reduce your portions. I drink Milk on bulk and avoid fluid with calories on cuttinh seasons.
