Im still really confused on stretching and rest needed to be taken. When should you rest. My ligs are sore sometimes but i still stretch. I stretch everyday. Also i have been stretching everyday, sometimes 2wice a day for a month and 3 weeks. I havent seen any gains at all. Not even in flaccid stretch gains or anything. Im starting to think that i am one of those people who dont gain from manuel stretches. Does anyone have any advice?
