Stage 1 - Start with the beginner routine, that you will find here.

Stage 2 - Then you can after a month progress into DBS Stretches;

Stage 3 - And then later you progress into BTC-B Stretches.

How fast you can progress is up to you, but in DBS Stretches you will feel that the stretches loses their intensity, in the inner penis and in the ligaments.
Then it's time to progress into BTC-B Stretches. Always stretch hard. But go easy in the beginning and always increase the intensity exponentially, as you progress.

I highly recommend you to transition into holding your DBS Stretches for 5 minutes in each bundled direction, and later also holding your BTC-B Stretches for 5 minutes as well, and it's also important to bundle as much as you can in this stage (Stage 2), in order to loosen up the tunica albuginea for the next stage/exercise (Stage 3). In Stage 3 you should also bundle more and more as you progress.

One session should be 20 minutes.
One set should be 10 minutes.
One session is 2 sets of 10 minutes.
I recommend a rest of 10 minutes between the two sets

You can do 2 sessions per day.
Personally I'm doing 2 sessions per day, 3 days on and 1 day rest.

After 13 minutes (3 minutes warmup) in the chamber you detach and remove the wrap to restore blood flow to your penis. This is important in order to be able to always stretch hard, and keeping pain and discoloration at bay.

This means that you need to exhaust this exercise fully. Bundle many rotations, long stretches (5 minutes).... If you proceed to fast you will not be able to proceed as fast in the BTC-BS as you would like. To have patience is the key to penis enlargement.

So these LM3 stretches will be my bread and butter following this outline. I won’t be able to do 2 sets like Squirt a day- but I’m hoping to break 7” by Xmas/ NYE time frame.

I’ll follow this routine 3-4x a week and pump/SSJ 2-3x.

I’ll hit the ground running on Friday and see if I can get an inch before XMAS.
I’m excited and already mentally increasing my goals. I feel like now I’m reaching for 7.5-8 NBPEL

Agree fully with this statement.
You will not just increase your length, you will get thickness to your penis as well, as far as my experiences go.

I'm getting a quite a bit of questioning from brotehrs in PE all over the places, baggering me about the Length Master's Hanger plates acting like clamps, and pointed out that the plate clamping action is considered the same as cable tie clamping. Well, I want to bring the brothers to the nitty gritty details about this.

This is a cable clamp:

Notice how thin the edges are, anywhere between 0.1in to 0.2in. Even with modified paddings using foam rubbers, the pressure exerted by the clamping edges are not something to joke about. It's practically a sharp vice around your penis.

Notice the wider and padded design to prevent damages to the nerves and blood vessels.

This is more than 10 times the size, with grip paddings and grooves to prevent anatomical kinking while providing supporting from nerve and blood vessel damages. On top of that, wraps provide additional protective padding while the plates hold the penile body in place.

The argument is the CLAMPING action. Yes. In technicality, there is clamping action, but in reality, it's more of a gripping action than a clamping action. Clamping is to force two surfaces against each other and prevent movement. However, the plates are pressed together to create sufficient gripping pressure for the anti-slip padding to hold onto your skin or penile wrapping. The pressure can be as gentle as your fingers in an OK grip, or it can crank way up to the point of being a choke hold. No matter how tight you use it, the groove allows pressure relief all around the penile body without sharply cutting into it. There's no way to hold onto the penile body without some gripping.

The plates allow you to hold in various positions. You can strap the plate at the top and bottom, diagonally, or side-by-side. It can be positioned at the base of the glans to the base of the penis. It doesn't matter where you position the plates, the pressure is distributed in a large area with minimal compression on the penile body. On top of that, the plates allow essential restrictive blood flow based on how you use them. Blood still flow in and out of the penile body when you're not using the Length Master. Cable clamp devices are constrictive, preventing blood from flowing into and out of the penis. Even the medical devices are constrictive and not restrictive on the blood flow. The warning is labeled all over the direction that the device should be worn loosely and removed every hour or so to allow blood to flow properly. Yikes.
