I make my own silicone sleeves now,but i put it in the middle because it pulls out more inner penis and protects your glands more.

Its very comfortable now and I can tell i will see gains now. So thanks again !

is anyone out there making gains with this method?

I've been doing this method for about 20-40 mins per day, 5-6 days a week for 3 months, I'm not seeing much in gains and I'm at 17.5 Kilos in weight.

For the sleeve I cut a piece off my autoextender which seems to grip better than the ABSilicone sleeves.
