The time I've had this week to train has been short but I've managed to to a bit of something rather than nothing. Today was another day where I have been short on time but I have managed to get in a half decent training session.
Warm up
Bundled stretches with 100 kegels each,
SU,SO, SD, BTC. These where performed clockwise and counterclockwise. 800 kegels in total.
BTC [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] squat stretch performed for 10 minutes, doubling my previous time on this stretch. This really is an awesome stretch.

I missed a second round of bundles with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] due to a shortage in time , but all in all I had a great session. Doubling my time on the BTC [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] squat stretch was extremely intense! Especially when I raised my hips to increase the tension.
