SU,SO, SD, BTC. These where performed clockwise and counterclockwise. 800 kegels in total.

I have added an extra 2 minutes to the squat stretch and I'm adding more of a downwards push with my heels and a upwards tilt with my hips to create even more tension.

So , after my measurements I've decided I will continue with my routine upping my hanging weight every 2-3 weeks . I also really need to address my erect work. I do, and have been doing erect stretches for some time now but have not gained in the slightest so something needs to change. Maybe once my bpfsl increases by another half inch my erect length will follow? Who knows. One thing is for sure, and that is I refuse to let this beat me and I will gain!
Short term goal is increasing my erect length by 1/4".

For. me it was a combination of the Erect Stretches, Alpha Kegel Blasters and fat reduction. This is a relative thing that will happen throughout your career but always keep in mind that it is a positive process, not negative. In PE we get indicators or cues on what to do next when we reach a certain point, you simply need to switch into another gear! You are doing great so keep it yup!
