I thought I'd best update my log seeing as I've not done so in a few days.
Monday and Tuesday where not the most productive. Lately I've been really pushed for time but I've managed to get in a hanging set on Monday and Tuesday.
Hanging 13 kg for 20 minutes.
Wednesday
Again tonight I have limited time to train but it has been more productive than the last two days.
Warm up
Bundled stretches with 100 kegels each,
SU,SO, SD, BTC. These where performed clockwise and counterclockwise. 800 kegels in total.

Hanging session
20 minutes hanging 13 kg
Even though my workload hadn't been as high as previous week's I still feel as though I'm getting a half decent workout. Hanging 13 kg is going well and I feel I will be ready to move up in weight very soon so tomorrow I will be on the hunt for more weight plates.
