My last few days have been rather hectic! I missed training Monday , hung Tuesday and yesterday , and hoping to get a really good session in tonight.
I had a sneaky bpfsl measure earlier and let's just say it's looking positive. I will post an official measurement in two weeks.

You are very right. I'm a super positive guy and i always try to stay that way but hitting a brick wall in training has been hard! Just seeing that I've made a little progress has really helped to motivate me.

Thank you buddy. The routine is good and it's tough so I was fairly positive I would gain something. That little doubt was way at the back if my mind causing me to be a little apprehensive about measuring.

I can understand the apprehension. I am the same way and I have done some of those "sneaky bpfsl measurements" as well so I am hoping that they hold true when it comes time for measurement day. I am thinking positive that it will be better than expected.

Positive thinking is always the way to go , it just gets a little hard when you want something so bad. I've been a little hard on myself because I made good gains in the past but then lost them by not training and getting them back has been a serious mission! I've been stuck for such a long time now that my need to see progress is very important to keep me in the right mindset. I'm definitely not the type of guy to quit and I refuse to let things beat me but we all need something no matter how small it is to let us know we are on the right path. This game like most pursuits is extremely mental.

When you want something so bad it can bring things that are threatening to attaining the very thing you desire. It is best to ask once for what you desire and from there do the work to get there always keeping in mind that with each small step you are getting there. Time lines and dates are simply rules that will cause us to fail. It is better to train under the joy of it than out of obligation or 'getting it in on time' Ask once, relax and settle in for a beautiful journey!
 
The time I've had this week to train has been short but I've managed to to a bit of something rather than nothing. Today was another day where I have been short on time but I have managed to get in a half decent training session.

Warm up

Bundled stretches with 100 kegels each,
SU,SO, SD, BTC. These where performed clockwise and counterclockwise. 800 kegels in total.

BTC [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] squat stretch performed for 10 minutes, doubling my previous time on this stretch. This really is an awesome stretch.

Hanging session

20 minutes hanging 13 kg

Especially when I raised my hips to increase the tension.
 
So just so I understand your not doing the strecthes timed your doing 100 keagals and then moving to the next stretch ?

It's very intense. When you perform straight down stretches and kegel it isolates the ligs. It makes it an excellent pre exhaust method for hanging or BTC exercises.
