Apologies if this has been posted before, but I didn't know how to search for this particular topic. I have been doing length exercises for the past year.. increasing intensity steadily, and have seen very little in length gains. I started off last January doing hand exercises, went to [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words], then to the bib-hanger.
It took awhile to figure out how to wrap properly, spent the summer fighting with a torn frenulum (which is still tearing now), and then moved onto the bib-hanger, as it put no pressure on the frenulum. I started off hanging 10lbs in 10min intervals for 1 hour, and now am at 25lbs in 10min intervals for 1½ - 2 hours (only 20lbs for straight down).
My routine now consists of hanging for at least an hour, then [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] for 45mins to an hour to stretch out the remaining tunica the bib-hanger doesn't grasp. I mix in hand stretching in all directions between sets, and 200-300 jelqs every few days.
The strange thing is I have gained very little in length, ⅛ to ¼ an inch depending on erection quality; but I have gained almost ½ an inch in girth, where I was already pretty well off (I started at 5 inches long and 5¼ inches in girth, so I am now a little above 5⅛ in len. and close to 5¾ in girth). I also use hydrocortisone after each workout, and wear the Autoxsleeve all day and night to heal in an extended state and prevent turtling; and I take 2-4 days off every 3 weeks, as this seems to "reset" any building soreness and makes my penis feel stronger/healthier.
I spent the last 2 years prior to starting Penis Enlargement messing around with cock-rings.. to the point where I would wear them daily during sex or masturbation, but stopped at the start of Penis Enlargement. Obviously I don't mind gaining in girth, but I am concerned because I have heard you try to gain length first, because girth makes it harder to gain length. Plus I just thought it was unusual to gain mainly girth from doing length exercises.
Any thoughts or advice? Thanks for reading.
