OK I am desperately trying to gain more length and could really use some recommendations. At the moment, I am mostly at home working on my computer. I am stretching for long periods of time. Typically I will hold a stretch for a couple of minutes at least and then change hands. I do straight down, out, and up (6, 9 and 12 o'clock), to the left, to the right, and bundled stretches. I stretch all the time - in the shower, the toilet, when watching a film, when I wake up, before sleep.... I am really not making the kind of progress that I would have hoped.

My flaccid stretch I feel is the key indicator to gains - erect size depends on erection quality, flaccid hang is extremely variable but flaccid stretch is usually consistent. I really want to try and improve flaccid stretch. I'll take gains any way possible - ligs, tunica, don't mind. Anyone who has had considerable success, what is your input? What am I doing wrong? Is there one killer exercise strictly for length? Is it better to do only 30s of stretching as opposed to a couple of minutes?
 
Should have mentioned, hanging isn't an option. I won't be working at home for much longer, plus don't you need like complex equipment to do hanging? I was thinking more of manual exercises and combinations.

How is your intensity? Have you considered a more advanced length workout? If you are training this much without gains one of the above 2 ideas will be necessary in order to jump start your gains. My first thought was the same as DLD's--your intensity. Maybe you should consider shortening the time you spend on each stretch, and consider increasing the intensity.

I hold each bundled stretch about 20 seconds--no longer. But during the last two to three seconds, I pull it as hard as I can. I can feel it give so I know it's working.

As for adding intensity - I feel my grip may be preventing me from adding as much intensity as would be optimal. Because I'm uncut I have skin and a nerve plexus that makes it far too awkward and painful to use the standard ok grip just behind the glans. Instead I have to sort of grasp the entire head in my fist, with two fingers reaching round on eaither side. Perhaps I should consider posting a pic to show what I mean... I'll see if I can take one that shows it. Do you think this might be a factor?

Also I'm now starting to consider hanging as a genuine possibility - but I know nothing about it at all - what kind of equipment is there, where can I get it and most importantly how much?
 
Afteer your streching sessions, do you have an ache at the base of your penis, if not then you need to increase your intensity or focus on your tunicia.
 
No I don't have an ache - so I must be doing something wrong.
But I pull as hard as I am able, and hold for as long as I can.

Intensity is so important, getting a hold of it and stretching with full force is scary to many guys, particularly new guys. It takes some time to get to know your dick before you can take it to the next level. Take your time, but get there...this is where the gains are lurking.
