Surprisingly yes, I did start off with that weight. I know it was a risky move, but I also know my own body and knew I would be able to handle it no problem. I was right!

I wouldn't suggest starting at that weight to anybody though. Too risky like said. While it is a lot of weight, it is nothing like hanging. There is NO WAY IN HELL id be able to hang 30lbs, its a different type of exercise, but i feel like people equate it to hanging because they see a weight.

Thank you sir! Ive been doing these off and on for about 3-4 months, but in the last month I have been doing them pretty regularly while supplementing them with hours of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words].

I fell like there has been gains in both departments, but not officially since I have not properly measured yet.
 
30 lbs!, good job, using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] head as a holder is a very good idea & probably make it easier good luck & keep stretching.
 
hey dude, where did you get that silicone tubing you have in the other videos?

i was never interested in hanging but i think i might go buy me a new heavy kettle bell like this,i can use it to workout and hang some weight ha.

Cord is said to be 7', so you may have to make some adjustments depending on how tall you are.

You can also try the backpack method. Which is basically just placing the weights inside a backpack and using the loop or a loop from it to place your penis through. The loop @ the top works the best and you can use some type of padding to help ease any pain/discomfort. The loop @ the top is nylon, so that will end up causing some pain.

Awesome idea. I guess if you don't have weights you could just put anything in the backpack to create weight to it. Just wouldn't get to know how much weight.

A girls purse would also work. A plastic bag (maybe 2 if you are using a heavy weight. Many options!!
