Kegel during Mandingo secret exercise and ejaculating before lenght routine

I have 2 questions:

1. When I do mandingo secret exercise I hold the stretch for 2-3 minutes and then do Kegel - can this kegel increase the effectiveness of the stretch?

2. Can ejaculating before length routine improve the effectivenes of the length workout?

Not too sure on #1 as I'm not too experienced with the exercise.

With #2, not too sure results wise but I do before a fair few length workouts, especially if I feel really horny and know I am likely to get hard during stretching.
 
You could use the DLD Blasters method of Kegels and Reverse Kegels to increase the effectiveness of the exercise. In the same fashion you will want to pre-exaust your PC muscles by doing some kegels before training. During the stretch you will want to engage in a Reverse Kegel to isolate the ligaments release the PC Muscles from interfering with the stretch. The best way to understand this is to use the DLD Blasters logic with the Manidingo Stretch.

I think he just laughed at the fact that I told him I felt it in my ass. He knows that I am serious about Penis Enlargement and when I tell him things work, he believes me. By the way, would the Mandigo stretch be considered expressive stretching?

Yes, ejaculating right before a length session can increase the effectiveness. The ejaculation serves as warmup and it puts the penis in a jelly state making it easier to stretch. But I don't advise you to make it a habit of masturbating before a length session.
