Ok so now what I want to know is that how would I use it in that case?? (without a gauge) how many pumps does it usually it takes to get to 3hg??

How would I know it's enough to pump?

How often and for how long??

One "pump" from a Mityvac should be about 3 hg. Don't go for over 10 minutes in the tube.

Do 1 set of 5 minutes to warm up.
Then do 4 sets of 10 minutes.

Yes, it will. Don't do pumping alone, though, I treat it as a supplement, not a necessity.

I'll get back to you on that question tonight, but it's pretty good product...
