Keep working as much as possible. Any jelqing is better than no jelqing. Although with hanging you want to be consistent.

Yes of course, get a quality tube though, not some cheap sex-toy one.

Keep the pressure low and time low. This is the best for theraputic effects and it seems to help you gain better in the long run than just those guys who pump as hard as they can.

However, for pumped "wall clamping" you want to use as much pressure as you can stand. I can't even suck out enough pressure for them, so I must be at 10+ hg, but I need a pump so I can measure and suck out for vacuum. Also, I get really no fluid buildup from doing that, and it's like doing a wall-clamp.

It simulates a wall-clamp, which is an advanced exercise. Since you are new to the pump I'd pump for 3 months without blocking your penis head just to get used to the vacuum and how things work, then you can gradually start putting socks/toilet paper/whatever in there to block your penis from going straight all the way in the pump, thus making it like a wall-clamp.

To have a bigger head (mushroom head), can I just clamp the head with my hands? or is there another better exercise to make the head bigger?

Not that I don't have a good mushroom head, but I'd like to make it bigger.

That seems to be the best exercise for enlarging the head. I personally don't take any time out to make my head bigger.
