Note: During my Side-to-side I could really feel the stretch in the ligs. I think using the PF attachment to help with stretching will be a game changer. When using just my hands I would have to use max strength but with the PF top I barely use any arm pressure and I can really feel it. Today during the stretching I felt a tingling sensation in my perineum behind the balls. It was an unusually welcoming feeling.

After the 3rd stop while Edging, I used Sedona Method while focusing on feelings inside. The urge to cum went don’t a lot. I did not need to stop again before reaching the end of the time

Keep at it. I remember when I was doing side 2 sides, that was the time i saw consistent growth, although I did it for only 1-2 months.

Thanks for the encouragement huge-girth! I really like the PF. Although I’m not using it in it’s intended way at the moment, I find it has valuable usage elsewhere, like the bell being used as gripping for deep internal stretching.

My hands aren’t getting tired anymore!

I have been consistently gaining around 1-2mm a month since i started in march. I stopped my side 2 sides around 15th of june and didnt measure end of month. I resumed PE after a 1 month break and measured an increase of almost 3mm between june - july (exact details mentioned in my progress log start).
My intensity and stretching has also been relatively less uptil mid april I guess. Prior to that my total stretches were a mere 2 mins. It was when I started side 2 sides that my stretching time increased gradually from 5 to 10 to around under 15 mins x 4 days a week. I only recently (about a month ago) increased my intensity to get a nice strong pull, short of pain.
one point to note is that although my growth has been minute, its been consistent - even though the growth is barely even visible lol. I hope my scale measure isnt wrong haha

Got ya! I did take note of the specific dates on your progress log. Hey, gains are gains regardless of how small.

Thanks. In regards to the kegels you will slowly get used to it. When I started I could barely do 2 or so, then there came a point I remember a few times I went past 10 at a time at above 90% erection. Dont stress on it though.

Yesterday I picked up a Golden ticket from a bowl of condoms in a local coffee shop here. I tried it on after my BM warm down and can fully fill the condom. I’m not stretching the condom out but it’s leaps from where I started. I can only imagine how I’d fill it up after a 5x5x3 girth session.

When you ejaculate after edging, you might not get solid erection right away to continue with the edging. The best is to wait for at least 6 hours before going to edge again.
