Dont bother about rushing measurements. However, you could have done a measure at the start of your coaching (which Big Al might have recommended anyways) to measure progress.
At this point, best to stick to what your coach suggests best fit.

I agree. He didn’t mention taking current measurement but it is logical. I will probably take some measurements tonight but I usually rest for a week beforehand measuring so it won’t be the same conditions as my other measurements.

But I do agree. I’m looking to be a good pupil and listen fully
 
THis past Friday (8/31) I began my new routine with Big Al’s coaching.

My new routine will be: Warm up > Squeezes > Side to Side stretches > Erect Kegels > Stop and Starts > Warm down

Performed 4 times a week- for now

+10 Squeezes (15 sec. holds)
+150 Side-to-Side Stretches (I really felt it in the last 50. It’s probably because I really tried to focus and slow down)
+50 Erect Kegels (5sec holds)
+10min Edging
*7:48 first stop (minor leakage;30sec rest)
*5:45 second stop (1min 20sec rest)
*at 1:10 left I really had to slow down my strokes.
Barely touching my unit b/c the urge to release was
so intense

I’m scheduled to measure again next week but I just started my new routine with Big Al’s Coaching last week. Not sure if I should keep my still scheduled measurement or not. If I do this week would have to be a rest week. Any thoughts?

It's best to measure once in 3 months. I measure once in 6 months.

Note: Tonight I had to cut my session short but wanted to make sure to warm down. I’ve been wanting to figure out a solution to my hand cramps and slippage without buying the LenghtMaster for now. Tonight, I tried using the bell of my PF and that worked like a charm! The stretch feels totally different and I can really feel the targeted ligs. This can be a game changer
 
Last night I took updated measurements for my baseline with my work with Big Al.

Not my normal conditions as the past measurements but will also adopt these new conditions moving forward.

The New Client Interview should list updated measures for length and girth [at the time it's filled out].

Excellent gains. 0.5" since your last measure in december.
Have you lost any weight since your last measure or has it remained the same ?

I’m a hard gainer with weight because I have such a high metabolism. However, I have surprisingly gained 5pounds since December :)
 
So technically you might have gained more than half an inch in length, since you compared your current NBPEL (when you are 5 pounds overweight) to the previous measurement (where you were thinner). Your fat pad might be a bit more now or is it the same ?

I can understand your reasoning for sure. But, in my case I don’t think so. I’m a really fit and active guy with a very minimal fat pad. It sure would’ve been nice if that was the case tho haha

Note: During my Side-to-side I could really feel the stretch in the ligs. I think using the PF attachment to help with stretching will be a game changer. When using just my hands I would have to use max strength but with the PF top I barely use any arm pressure and I can really feel it. Today during the stretching I felt a tingling sensation in my perineum behind the balls. It was an unusually welcoming feeling.

After the 3rd stop while Edging, I used Sedona Method while focusing on feelings inside. The urge to cum went down a lot. I did not need to stop again before reaching the end of the time
