So I've been doing pe for about a year and a half and in in the first 6 months I saw an inch gain in length while using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] but for about a year after that I didn't see anymore gains no matter how hard I tried :/ In this time I did hanging,bathmate,sizegenetics,and tried manuals but nothing worked so I took a 2 month decon break... So here I am at the end of my break ready to put in all my effort to make these gains! I thought I would also make a progress log thanks to VoorheesXIII and feel free to suggest any ideas you have which could improve my routine which is as follows:
*5-10 minutes warm up with my heat lamp then do 20 minutes basic stretches and bundle stretches (thanks to VoorheesXIII for the great idea) with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] in all directions.(10am)
*5minutes warm up with heat lamp then hanging btc with 5lbs for 3 sets (bearing in mind I want to make the most of the fatigue at lower weights rather than going up in weight fast like I did before my decon break) (from 12pm-1:30pm with about 10 minutes break between sets)
*then go for a shower and do 20 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hercules[/words] then have a 10 minute break and then out it back on for another 20 minutes (4pm-5pm)
*then warm up for 5 mintues with heat lamp and then 10-20 minutes with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] depending how I feel (9:30pm-10pm)
Also my my stats of now are bpel-7" mseg-5.5" fl-5" fg-4.5" bpfsl-7.5"
And my goals are bpel-8.5" nbpel-8" mseg-6.5" fl-6/7" fg-5
