Im keeping a log on my Penis Enlargement routine, mostly to keep myself motivated. Feel free to comment, give advice etc.

Im concentrating on length for now, as my main problem is length, but a girth-routine will be implemented when Im satisfied with my length. Im not sure about my goal. I suspect it will change as I progress. 8 inches would be nice, but you have to learn how to crawl, bla bla bla, right?

6 days a week:
I do DLD's basic stretches 6 sets of 30 secs up, down, sides and rotary.
I do 100 kegel squeezes.
I do testicle health for 5 min.

This routine will end on 30th of November. I guess DLD Blasters will be next, but Im going to squeeze everything I can out of Basic Stretching.

Im done with my first day of stretching. Im tired with a dull ache, especially on the ligs on my right side. Don't know why that is. Im carefully working all sides equally. Will have to look into that. I'll give it a week, then I'll contact DLD or other veterans.

Im taking a day off today. Im sore.
Im also aware that it's newbie-gains. Things will get harder.

Routine from now:
Between 4-6 sets of dld's newbie stretches.
100 kegels
pc-muscle training
5 min testicle-health
+quick stretches to chock the ligs 6 positions x 10 stretches x 2 sets

No girth-work. Too straining when doing length-work. Concentrate on length for now.

I also have to think long and hard about what just happened to my dick. I have to reflect about my training. The mental aspect and the amount of strain I used, getting the rest needed.

My routine is pretty tough on a newbie-cock. Am I pushing it a bit too much too early? Nah, the fatigue is fine. The strain is tolerable. When the going gets tough the tough gets going! I have to have one day off each week though. That's vital.

The sex I had mid-week was good for my penis. I feelt extremely well the day after. More relaxed, healed in my ligs.
 
Note: think about supplements. I take vitamin-pill and fish-oil. Will protein-powder help? Look into it! a dick is not a muscle is it? No, don't think so. Will protein-powder help then? You're a fucking law-student not a scientist! Ask wifey!

My cock is not a muscle apparently. The question remains: will protein powder help?

Warm-up. My main-sets done in the shower. It really loosen up the ligs with a hot shower. The sets in the afternoon are not done in the shower. Find another warm-up method. Warm-up must be taken seriously from now on. Anything else would be stupid. Warm-down? Boring. Necessary?

Do not feel tempted starting on other advanced techniques. Keep it simple stupid! Basic stretching until you reach a plateau.

Faith. I can now do my stretching with confidence. No nagging self-doubt. It works! Mental aspect important. Feel and visualize the stretch. Tunica etc. The section called 'Jen's' gave me a boner. Nice reading.

Foreskin. It's growing. I have never had foreskin, well not as far as I can remember. I feels weird. Sensitive. Fucking will be much more funfrom now on. Weird how fast this goes. 6 FUCKING DAYS!

My goal?
Don't know. Don't really care right now. First goal is 7 inch I guess. Then 8, maybe. That seems possible and realistic. Then 6 inch girth:O. NO CLAMPING! Read about the guy pissing blood. Man, that's alot. I really have to keep this in mind as I progress (hopefully) the next months. No need to get too advanced too fast. It only makes me confused as to what REALLY works for me.

Discipline. It's not a matter of doing the exact number of sets outlined everyday. It's about being in control, listening to my body and knowing when enough is enough. My routine is between 4-6 sets. Sometimes more. It depends how I feel. If I feel my dick needs a good stretch, then fucking stretch. There's no definite way, only principles. Listen to all the veterans, but keep in mind: Penis Enlargement is a personal journey. They don't feel my ligs - I do.
I have to take responsibility for my own journey. Sometimes I get caught up in all the threads where veterans discuss all their new routines and methods. There will be a time for all that.

Hopefully this log will keep me motivated.
 
Circulation will help your penis. Cardio, vitamin Bs and such things. Those are the most important -natural- aids.

break length/girth work into two parts if you can. Jelq in the morning and do stretching in the evening. It'll help you overall with your gains, because Jelqing helps circulation and also helps length and girth together. That added with your already solid stretching routine should really help your gains.

Thanks for your input! Jelqing will be added to my routine. For the time being Im just too sore. In a couple of weeks when my dick is more used to the abuse.
 
Update:
Today I finished the following routine:
Stretching: 3 sets x 1 min in all 9 positions - morning and afternoon.
5 min testicle health
100 quick kegels
Shock stretches before bed: 20 pulls all 9 positions.

Jelqing is still not part of my routine, although I know they also contribute to length. Im into stretching now. BIG TIME.

Hot shower is the best warm-up for me. Keep doing it. Very nice results.

On VERY busy days the routine will be shortened in half.
Im aware of my body and potential injuries. Can get a boner anytime, which is good injury wise.

I like my mindset right now. Im addicted and enjoy spending time doing the work-out. I WANT it!! Never felt this urge to work-out.

Will measure again on the 5th of november.
 
Been sick with influenza for about a week. Being doing piss-pulls but my dick hides. Gotta shake the disease first. Ill be back though. I'll be back.
