This is the beginning of this LOG, i spent wayyy to much time messing around and not commiting for a number of reasons, some more important than others.
But enough of felling guilty, i've shaved my pubes lol it's time to actually make or break. if i don't commit now i'm never going to, sad to say.
The truth is my ADHD has a lot of hold on my life, i have a very hard time committing to things, and drugs did not help one bit. im always spacey and rarely have any sustainable motivation.
I'm
hanging, im currently 7'' bpel and 5'' mseg, if i could make it to 8'' bpel by 5.5 mseg in 6 months that would be epic. i'd like to be 9.5-10 so thats what im shooting for, but i will feel much more comfortable once im out of the 7'' range with more girth.
-30lbs x 2 months - 4 weeks @ 10 min x 2 sets - 4 weeks @ 15 min x 2 sets
-40lbs - same
-50lbs - same
-60lbs - same
-70lbs - same
(10 months total)
Afterwards i will take a 2-3 month de-conditioning break
THEN
Drop back down to 50lbs and do swinging sets, in the same set up as before.
I want this, i want to be at least 8''bpel, i want to know im packing something that not every dude has.
