I know this is odd coming from myself, but I have finally made a firm and final decision on what I want from Penis Enlargement. GIRTH. I re-started a very intense routine yesterday incorporating very intense short jelqs and sqeezes mixed with Slow Squash Jelqs. Not sure of a final girth goal, but I will pursue girth until I have reached a point where I am happy. I'm sitting here right now with a very nice post workout pump.

Just keep on doing what you are doing and don't stop doing it.
I have been consistent so far with the girth and length routines and i will continue to do both. Good luck to you.

For good. I've got a solid non bp 7" of length now erect and am happy with that.
 
Good luck still, I'm opposite ATM.
I WANT erect length, but me being soooo lazy WTF knows when I will get the target I want which is around 9-9.5 inches BP. I got plenty of time and aint in any real rush. Anyway, goodluck and keep us all updated.

7" NBP is the size I want.
SWM I know you lost some weight recently, do you know your BF% and fat pad depth?

When you talk of short jelqs do you mean the time for each stroke is short?
 
Good going Still. Having a goal and striving for it is very healthy and does good for your self esteem and drive! I have to get a girth routine going soon.

"Short jelqs" as seen in my girth demo threads via my signature, are just that. I grip as tight as possible starting by pressing back against my pubic bone, squeeze as tight as I can, then pull forward and hold the grip there. If doing them correctly, you should only be able to move your gripping hand forward an inch or so at the most.

My fat pad is only about an inch deep now vs. over 1.5" that it used to be. Dont know my body fat % though. I just know I no longer have "love handles" like I did months ago. My waist has gone from around a 34" belt size to around 28". Probably wearing a 27" now, because I need a belt to keep my 28" jeans up where they should be.
