I am trying to figure out why is dick was reacting to my workouts the way it is. My routine is length based, meaning its mostly stretches 20-25 min or so everyday in the morning, and i do a short girth workout everyday in the evening, say 5-10 min..
The results so far are that my length hasnt changed, but my girth is getting bigger.... this is the opposite of what i was looking for, but of course girth is nice too... anyways i was wondering why this is happening..
Is this a possible explanation? I am overdoing the stretches and my dick is reacting by getting thicker... i could be overdoing it in two ways
a) I need more rest in between workouts,.. I do kind of feel that i am overtraining it, (slightly decreased EQ,and turteling) but im only doing it once a day!
b) Or maybe im being too rough too quickly when doing the actual stretches.. is it true that if i pull too hard too quickly, that my dick will instantly tighten up and fight the pull, causing it to damage in the wrong way,... so if i slowly do a stretch and bypass this so called defense mechanism then i will do proper damage and cause it to elongate in response
Im already going to take tomorrow off and get my EQ back to 100% and then add more rest, and change how i stretch it.. but im wondering if anyone else has cracked this puzzle already and had success in getting constant length
