I am trying to figure out why is dick was reacting to my workouts the way it is. My routine is length based, meaning its mostly stretches 20-25 min or so everyday in the morning, and i do a short girth workout everyday in the evening, say 5-10 min..

The results so far are that my length hasnt changed, but my girth is getting bigger.... this is the opposite of what i was looking for, but of course girth is nice too... anyways i was wondering why this is happening..

Is this a possible explanation? I am overdoing the stretches and my dick is reacting by getting thicker... i could be overdoing it in two ways

a) I need more rest in between workouts,.. I do kind of feel that i am overtraining it, (slightly decreased EQ,and turteling) but im only doing it once a day!

b) Or maybe im being too rough too quickly when doing the actual stretches.. is it true that if i pull too hard too quickly, that my dick will instantly tighten up and fight the pull, causing it to damage in the wrong way,... so if i slowly do a stretch and bypass this so called defense mechanism then i will do proper damage and cause it to elongate in response

Im already going to take tomorrow off and get my EQ back to 100% and then add more rest, and change how i stretch it.. but im wondering if anyone else has cracked this puzzle already and had success in getting constant length
 
shit, girth gains are the best. if you get them over length then you should be happy. that's what feels better to girls anyway. just keep doing what you're doing and see how fat you can get it haha
 
Are you kidding me man. If I were you I wouldn't chance a thing. If it at broke don't fix it. Girth gains are the hardest to gain so If I were you I would ride it out and gain as much girth as possible.
 
lol thx guys, i know what you mean.. girth looks good..,. haha but im already close to 5.75 girth!, i started at 5.3 - 5.5... im 6.6- 6.8 length, and all i need is to get to 7.5 .... im so close to all my goals ... i just really want the length for some reason i dunno why

i know what you mean. 7.5 is my goal too. you started with really good girth. i'd love to be 5.5 (i'm 5 even). i suggest doing Redzulu's length routine. i love it and i feel like it's going to give me good results by the end of my 1 month mark of using it
 
Everyone gains differently. Some gain length faster than girth and visa versa. The idea is to take what you can when it comes. With me length was much quicker than girth but when girth started to kick in my length gains slowed.
 
Ya thx alot guys, your right i really am looking much bigger and stronger so I am way more than happy with what Penis Enlargement is doing for me. I guess its just that I thought i would get some of those famous newbie length gains.. lol

Hey something happened to me recently that made this think about Penis Enlargement. Tell me what you think. I was at the gym doing a workout, and i was doing an exercise at medium weight for 15 reps per set, 4 sets total. BY medium i would i mean like i could do the weight 25 times if i tried to go to failure. This is a pushing exercise. So the muscle contracts on the way out, and stretches out on the way down.

Anyways so i use my muscles to push the weight up nice and controlled, but then on the way down i was letting the weight push my muscle back quickly all the way down to a deep stretch. And i was even kinda catching the weight a tiny bit at the bottom, so it would go to an even deeper stretch.

Well i did all my sets, and it felt great. But that night as i slept, i had a bad pain in the same exact muscle part. It was tight as hell and it was hurting.

It was because of me not controlling the stretch when i was doing that stupid exercise!. I was Doing it too quickly and with a bit too much force.. and i wasn't even doing it that hard where i seriously thought that i was actually gonna get this mild injury.

I was thinking this was comparable to any type of stretching to any material,, and especially to our body parts. WHen i stretch my penis, i stretch it pretty hard, and i wasnt really paying attention to how hard, or to see if it was contracting. And i think the penis is so much smaller/weaker compared to our muscles... fuck i think i may have been causing over training by just the way i was doing my stretches. This makes sense, at least to a person whos been doing Penis Enlargement for 2 months now. Like when people hang, its a slow long stretch, and maybe i should be mimicking this with my hands.

From now on i am going to slowly start into every stretch, and then slowly go deeper and deeper into it, for like a solid 60 seconds in total.. or as close as i can get...
 
Maybe your stretching hit your girth potential more than you expected. You got girth gains which seem to be a life long mission for some of us so be happy.

I truly believe that the break down of tissue from stretching allows for faster and greater expansion when doing girth work. They compliment each other.
