Is streching tunica /bends the secret to girth gains?

Lately I would edge/jelq/ulis for girth. But from what i read I feel like bends and streching the tunica is the key to major girth gains. I dont know any bends or streches that help with the tunica so everyone please help me out?

I want to ditch the jelqing to try out streches/bends.

This is what my routine looks like now:
JELQ 45 MIN.
EDGE/ULIS30-60 MIN.(10-20 strokes than uli for 20 secs.)

PLEASE HELP ME WITH A ROUTINE?
 
The best exercise in terms of effectiveness and safety is (IMO) the squeeze. They evenly hyperexpand the tunicae quite well. I think you'd get a lot more out of doing intense squeezes than the high volume workout you've been doing. After a very thorough warm up start with a rep scheme that's comfortable and work up from there. Doing some sustained [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work like edging/Stop and Starts will keep the penis hyperexpanded longer, and a thorough cool down will finish your workout nicely.

If you're doing length work do it after your girth work.
 
BIG AL, IM focusing on girth but wouldnt mind any length gains. From what I understand wouldnt the penis grow more from ULIS/SQUEEZES than CLAMPING. Cause the penis would be engorged to the MAX more than once compared to just being engorged for a long period of time with clamping?

Would it be a good idea just to only edge and uli for awhile for about 45-60 min. a day. For girth gains?

Off topic a little but whats your view on cold wraps. I cold wrap with a almost frozen towel for about 10-15 minutes post Penis Enlargement and my EQ is always great the next day since I started using cold wraps. Should keep doing them or they not the best idea?
